Founded in 1979 by Greg and Jack Warne, Kimber's singular purpose was fine sporting firearms manufactured to higher standards than classic counterparts. Kimber's embrace of modern manufacturing techniques gave the company a huge advantage; however, they also understood how important a role practiced hands would be on the quality of assembly, fit, and finish. Compromise is not a part of the Kimber vocabulary, nor is it when it comes to their products materials, features, or performance.
